Chapter 12: Cry of the Hunters
Free at Last!
Perspective: Simon
Now I'm in peace with Piggy at a better place above. Even though I'm dead, I can still see Ralph, Jack, and the others. I can't believe that Jack is trying to kill Ralph. The hunters are out there trying to find Ralph. I think that Sam n' Eric are in Jack's trap of killing Ralph, because Jack told Sam n' Eric to tell Ralph where to hide and Ralph went there. But Ralph already knew the plan because he heard the hunters coming after him trying to kill him, so he ran and ran as fast as he could. He knew they would cause a cordon and would play a diddle on him like they always do. Ralph almost became savaged because they were all like that. Jack and the others said that Ralph was phomy at the mouth. They still couldn't find Ralph, so they burned down the island so that he would come out and they would find him. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It was unbelievable. Roger sharpened both ends of the stick, and planned on killing Ralph and putting his head on the stick, just like Jack did with the sow. Too bad they didn't hear any ululation they would've got rescued, now Ralph is doomed. But when he went through the other side of the island the hunters followed him and were hiding behind him, and he ran into a tall guy with drills and epaulattes but he didn't know who that was, until he started questioning him. The savages were crying because they thought they got in trouble, and Ralph was crying uncontrollably because if he never ran into that police officer, who knows what could've happened to them. But then, Ralph knew he was safe distendly, because the officer had told him that he can go with him back home. The other group stayed there and Ralph got rescued just as I suspected. I had faith in Ralph. He was brave, smart, nice, and never a quitter. Well I guess everything came out just like it was supposed to happen.
